Our Commitment
We strive to provide the highest quality of service and products. As a licensed entity under the Meydan Free Zone, our policies are designed to be fair and in compliance with the consumer protection laws of Dubai, UAE.
Telecom & Internet Services
For Du Home Internet services, refunds are subject to the terms provided by the service provider (Du). Once the installation is complete and the service is activated, any upfront payments are generally non-refundable unless there is a confirmed technical failure from our end within the first 48 hours.
Industrial & IT Hardware
Wholesale orders for microchips, semiconductors, or heavy machinery spare parts are subject to strict inspection. Refunds or replacements are only processed if the items delivered do not match the technical specifications mentioned in the proforma invoice or if they are found defective upon arrival.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations for industrial equipment orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the logistics process or relevant authority approval for shipping has commenced, cancellation fees may apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies in the UAE.
Non-Refundable Items
Service fees, administrative charges for license-related documentation, and customized software solutions are strictly non-refundable once the process has been initiated.
